Towing Operator

A Towing Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tow truck to assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, relocations, or impoundments.


  • Operate light-, medium-, or heavy-duty tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles.
  • Respond to service calls for breakdowns, accidents, impounds, unauthorized parking, or vehicle relocations.
  • Secure vehicles using appropriate equipment, including wheel lifts, flatbeds, dollies, and safety straps.
  • Perform visual inspections of vehicles before towing and document any existing damage.
  • Provide roadside assistance services as needed (e.g., jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, and repair facilities.
  • Complete service reports, receipts, and necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness, mechanical condition, and compliance of assigned tow truck and equipment.

Client Service Representative

A Client Service Representatives answers and manages incoming phone calls from both current and prospective customers seeking auto repair or towing services, providing accurate information, collecting essential details, and ensuring each inquiry is handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently.


  • Greet clients in person, over the phone, or via email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including service history, contact details, and account information.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and resolving account discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with operations or field staff to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product or service information and recommend solutions based on client needs.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and general office organization.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and values in all interactions.
